The Flowing Victress is proud to offer exceptional products and services. If you discover you're unsatisfied with your order, we ask that you reach out to us directly so we may better understand how to serve you in the future. 

Like-item exchanges and store credit (with return of item(s) purchased) are offered at the discretion of the retailer. Any item exchange will result in a 10% restocking fee and return shipping will be paid by the buyer. 

Because of the exclusive nature of The Flowing Victress wares, refunds are generally not granted. In the rare event an item is faulty in any way, please reach out to The Flowing Victress at theflowingvictress@outlook.com within fifteen days of shipping. 

All wearable art created by The Flowing Victress is truly one-of-a-kind. It is recommended that you follow your intuition when making any purchase. 

Polymer Clay Wares: 

Polymer clay is a durable, flexible material, but please take care. Do not expose to direct sunlight for an extended period of time (say, in your hot car on a summer day). Be mindful of exposing polymer clay jewelry to pools, showers, and hair care products. If polymer clay jewelry becomes dirty, it can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Rubbing alcohol can be used sparingly to clean jewelry pieces. Mistreating any polymer clay item will result in a total void of the refund/return policy. 

Services: 

Due to the nature of the services (Guided Shadow Work, Reiki, community membership) offered by The Flowing Victress, refunds will not be granted. It is the responsibility of the client to educate themselves about each service before purchasing. For your security, intensive services such as 3+ sessions of Guided Shadow Work come with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to ensure yourself and the practitioner are a proper fit.
